I never received my order even though the post office says it was delivered. I’m just taking this as a loss and will not order from stepprs anymore.

I was very sceptical about purchasing…
I was very sceptical about purchasing these then I seen a friend had them. I struggle with arch support and wasn’t sure about spending the cash. Once I’d seen them , I was straight on to ordering 3 pairs. I now have them in my trainers and work shoes (on 12 hr days) and these are truly like walking on clouds, you can actually feel the reformation when you walk!! Highly recommend

The insoles are very good but I had 2…
The insoles are very good but I had 2 separate orders at the same time. I received the first 3 in about 2 weeks but the additional 2 that I added on have not arrived over a month now. Had they shown up would have been a 5.

My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered. I reached out, they requested I follow up with their shipping/ delivery people. I did and was unable to get any answers. I notified Steppers with no response.

Day 1 wearing these insoles in my work…
Day 1 wearing these insoles in my work boots and I worked a 12 hour day, mostly on my feet. Little bit of pain but way less than before.
