Never Arrived, Zero Customer Support
I ordered my first pair of stepprs, they have lost my order half way across the USA. I've reached out to them countless times showing them tracking only to get generic response to check tracking. Even when I show them the tracking info showing it's lost, they do nothing. I would never order from this company again. Zero customer support, ships from China when you order directly from their site.

Still waiting for my order- 4 weeks later
Still waiting for my order. Been over 3 weeks now. I think basically they have hit social media hard and got loads of orders and are now overwhelmed. If you order now don’t expect them to arrive anytime soon. Emailed customer service twice now and they just say they will arrive soon. Total joke

Even though the product was delivered
Even though the product was delivered . A well marketed, product , but does not deliver in quality , well below standard . very little arch support . (suppose to help with Planters) just a very ordinary in sole , will not and did not help with planters
