Ordering and discounts very messy! And friends of mine ordered the exact same insoles (at least according to the pictures) thru Aliexpress for really a fraction of the price. Very curious how they are compared to the Stepprs when they receive them, but myself didn’t want to wait for that so for now at least one more order thru you guys

The soles are extremely comfortable and relife is amazing.

Great service wrong size sent but they have despatched correct size FOC communication has been excellent.

Stupidly an item on my order was the wrong size (absolutely my fault). Evelyn from Customer Service was so helpful and, after several panic emails from me, managed to correct my mistake. I haven’t received my order yet but if it’s anywhere near as good as Stepprs’ customer service I’m (and more particularly my poor plantar fasciitis ridden left foot) are looking forward to receiving it.

I think these inserts are terrific I bought 2 pairs and will buy more they are so comfortable and I love the colors and designs Cloud 9

I unfortunately fell into their marketing trap.!! While I'm well informed and educated (I have a Master's degree in digital marketing), I am aware of those types of companies that spend more money on their marketing campaigns/ads than the actual product itself! Well, this is one of those companies. I was really hesitant to buy a pair because I heard of it from a Facebook ad, and I fell into their trap. Most of the reviews are rated 5 stars, and state that the products are truly amazing, solve all their feet issues, last a long time (I even read a review saying that they lasted 2 years... well, it's wrong), etc, etc. While they first feel really nice, comfy and soft, they don't last at all. I work in a big kitchen and do between 10 000 to 20 000 steps a day, and they lasted me only 3 months! So much for being durable. No comment. Also, another BIG RED FLAG, a lot of the reviews appear more than one time with a different name!!!! I guess that most of the reviews are entirely false and made up (probably by the company itself) or in exchange for remuneration! Last thing, their "sales" are totally fake as well. I bought a pair in January 2026 for $31.50 CAD, and right now (June 2026) they are on "sale" for $39! A pure marketing joke. Fake sales and discounts. Another RED FLAG, their products are shipped from CHINA, and it took 2 whole weeks to arrive! If you read that far, please save your money and go to a proper store to buy a pair of insoles.

I have neuropathy and have gone thru many different types of insoles. I am on my feet at work minimum 10 hours a day. These by far are the most comfortable, massaging sturdy insoles I have ever had. Have three pair now so I can cut down on transferring to different shoes. Customer for life.

Absolutely shocking. Placed an order at start of May, put the “insurance” on it. To be told that evri have sent it back with no explanation. Emailed customer support, very little help , asked for a refund but still no correspondence. Really really unhappy about this. Would avoid at all cost.
