I have ordered from Stepprs before and always had a good experience. This order encountered a delivery issue and was returned by the courier despite my address being correct. Biggest load of rubbish I've ever bought and when I tried to return them for a complete refund should I not be 100% satisfied as stated in their advert I got fobbed off with some lame excuse that they may be faulty and sent a replacement pair which are excactly the same RUBBISH

You have the best product I've ever used! I work 10 hour days on my feet the entire time wearing steel toe footwear, and unlike before, I get home with no pain or discomfort whatsoever. In fact, it is so good that I purchased inserts for all my street boots and some for my wife as well; she's on her feet all day too. In addition, I am thankful that after my last order was lost in the U.S. mail, no fault of yours by the way, you kindly replaced it at no charge. I'd been dealing with severe heel pain for months. I tried the Steppers insoles with some skepticism, but I have to say I found relief from the very first few days. My only regret is that I cut the insoles to size before trying them in my shoes, so they "dance" a little bit. Apart from this, I'm completely satisfied.
