They have put a bounce back in my step. I am on my feet all day in steel cap boots and the Steppers insoles have been an absolute blessing.

Not the quality and effect I was expecting.
item was not as shown in the adverts, heel area, not as thick as shown, I found my sketchers high arch worked better.

Made it more enjoyable to walk, was able to do more but never got be back to the way it used to be to be. Still a great find and am happy for the results.
