No return for refund available

I purchased 2 pair of Steppr insoles from an ad. THey advertise a "no questions asked" refund. The insoles were just too "spongy" for my use, and I contacted them for a return authorization. They instead offered to let me keep them (for what, I don't know) in lieu of a partial refund. The partial refund offered was a fraction of the original cost, so I asked if I could jut return for a full refund. They told me that I would need to pay the return postage, which couldn't possible be as much as the difference between the original cost and their refund offer. I told them no, just give me the return address. They continued to side-step the question. I said I have the address they were mailed from (New York) and I would mail them back there for a refund. They continued to refuse to give me a return address, so I initiated a charge-back on my credit card. Waiting for the result - with zero help from Stepprs.

False advertising when you flip one pad…
False advertising when you flip one pad under the other during the video, making it look like it comes that way.

I never got the product
I never got the product, i was told i was not in when i went to see what happened, i was told to try change address i did and would not allow, waited on them again but never came back so no product to try
