I had the wrong size sent to me, they quickly resolve the issue by sending me the correct sizes.

Amazing foot insert especially for flatted footed feet. Gave this to my husband and he said it’s very comfortable. He’s been using it ever since I gave it to him. We gave this as a Christmas present to my father in law and he couldn’t wait to try it on. Highly recommend this!

I ordered some insoles on the 6th of November. On the 19th of November I flagged that I had received no delivery. I got a standard email to be patient. Today is the 28th of December and still no delivery and no email nor message nothing.

I had a bad experience with shipping, and it took a very, very long time to get these for my husband. So long, in fact, that after numerous emails back and forth I requested a refund in fear that I got ripped off. I got my refund, and a few days later they were delivered. I felt terrible. I gave them to my husband, and he tried them at work. When he came home he went on and on about how great they are, and how much better they make his feet feel. He had been buying insoles regularly, but he never said anything about improving the way his feet felt or the impact they made on him throughout his day. He is telling everyone at work about them, and they are now ordering some for themselves. Today I ordered 5 more so that he won’t be without them, and now I’m telling you so you know it’s real. Don’t pass them up.

Horrible. Never received my order after reaching out 3 times and they “said” they sent it again.

I didn't receive my order, and they worked to get my order replaced. I really appreciated the assistance. Customer service rep was really helpful.

The 2 is for the deceptive bargain offer at the end of my online order. Do not accept this offer unless you wish to spend more money. I thought I was getting a bargain, but once I found out, there was no way to cancel this order. WHAT A SHODDY WAY TO DUPE CUSTOMERS !!!

I have been suffering severe foot pain for the last 2 years, I put it down to 20 years in commercial construction. I have tried different shoes and insoles but the Stepprs are the only ones that have worked! I've just ordered another 5 pairs!
