Initially, the delivery process was frustrating, as it took an unexpectedly long time for my husband's order to arrive. After countless emails and growing concern about a potential scam, I decided to request a refund, which was promptly processed. Surprisingly, the package finally arrived just a few days later, leaving me feeling guilty. I handed them to my husband, who tested them out at work. Upon returning home, he couldn't stop praising how fantastic they are and how much they've improved his foot comfort. Although he regularly purchased insoles in the past, he never mentioned such a significant impact on his daily comfort. He’s now enthusiastically recommending them to his coworkers, who are also starting to order their own pairs. To ensure he's never without them, I went ahead and ordered five more today. I'm sharing this experience with you to emphasize their worth. Don't miss out on trying them yourself.

The material is very good, but I don't like the hemispherical bumps randomly placed around them especially the one at the heel as this is where my heel pain is. They would be much better if the top surface was smooth with a bit more support at the arch.

The products is well worth purchasing but your website is impossible to maneuver. Personally, I have 2 feet but you are insistent I purchase 4 pairs to save more. I am well aware of what I want and need and disappoint your business plan ordering 1 pair. My next issue is all the ( please excuse me) junk you have placed to order like foot massagers that appear to be hair rollers. All the extras you included make it extremely difficult to order the most important product which is steppers and get to check out where more offers are made not sure if you placed your order or not. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was for the product and not the path of no return to purchase it.

I had never received my order. I was able to track the order through the third-party tracking app. However, the order never arrived in my mailbox or at my doorstep. I did reach out to steppers regarding this issue. About 10 emails in total were sent. After quite a bit of back-and-forth, I was finally able to have a replacement pair sent to me. It was a bit frustrating that this could not have been handled with the front line email and with the person who first responded. I really hope these insoles will give me the relief that I desperately need after having a double foot surgery.

I placed my order December 14, 2025 and was told I would receive for Christmas. I received a tracking number and delivery date of December 22, 2025, once my shipment landed in Canada it no longer was moving. I have contacted them and they are doing nothing to help me, it says you can chat with a human however no human is ever connected to you and there is no phone number. Unfortunately can’t give a review on the product but the customer service sucks.

I either pick the wrong size or they sent me the wrong size and I emailed them and they have sent me the correct size. Very happy with the response that I have been given.

As soon as I tried walking in these new inner soles you could feel the support and immediate comfort. The product quality appears of a very high standard. Delivery was quicker than expected.
