I ordered stepprs and the delivery was lost.they said it was delivered but I never received it. I emailed company and was contacted right away. They worked with me to try to find my delivery and after exhausting all possibilities a new pair was sent to me. Their customer service is exceptional. It is really nice dealing with a company that cares about their customers. The inserts make my shoes and walking so much better. They are very comfortable. I highly recommend this company. I will be ordering another pair for my husband.

I ordered 2 insoles, I did not receive a confirmation email, and the product was not delivered. Now I am in the process of dealing with an unresponsive support

Steppers were terrible on my feet. Did not help with pain or comfort!

I purchased the full leg compression stockings and the zip broke on the first use and they will not offer me a full refund.

Not a fan of having to download another app and pay to see where my order is. That’s absolutely ridiculous. And haven’t even seen a date for my order. Cmon man.

The best insoles ever. If buying, just make sure there is room in your shoe for them as they are THICK

I am amazed i have been on my usual shopping trip today and normally when i come home my feet become so sore that i can barely walk with the pain but i had put my stepper insoles in my boots today for the first time no pain these are unbelievable have just ordered a second pair to put in my shoes
