I ordered on the 11th Nov 25 and never received. Customer service advised they were drlivered when they were not. They sent me a new order on 1st January 26, delivery partner called me to confirm address and i advised it was correct she stated driver could not find it . I advised my property is clearly marked. Advised i would receive it in 4 days max that was 2 weeks ago. Sent email twice now to customer service appears there is none as still no response or acknowledgement of my email. Disgusting experience!!

I work in healthcare and am on my feet for 10-12 hrs a day. I ordered my insoles on Dec 10 and it is now January 29 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I have reached out to the company MULTIPLE TIMES and they just keep assuring me that “you will receive them soon.” I requested a full refund and they REFUSE to comply with my request. a reputable company with excellent customer service would grant my request. I think this is absolutely LUDICROUS. DO NOT ORDER THESE!!!! Save your money and a HUGE HEADACHE!!! I promise it’s not worth it.

This is my second time purchasing steppers. I have given them to friends and other people on their feet a lot and everybody has been very appreciative, my last order was for six pair and I ordered 11 and a few people there were a little bit large, but it's easy to cut them down with scissors, very comfortable and worth the money.

There was an issue with my order, and then support just stopped contacting me back about it. I got scammed.

It’s really comfortable

I am 78 and sometimes unsteady on my feet, I tried these Stepprs for the first time today, it felt like I was walking on a bed,comfortable yes, safe no,not if you have balance problems,also they tire my legs out, I would not advise these insoles for people with mobility problems. Stepprs say ... Podiatrist Recommended ... really!

I bought it and was a bit sceptical about them, to be honest. I ordered two pairs, but only one arrived. However, after speaking to customer support, they sent me the second pair free charge and without asking any questions. I was very happy with their quick solution. The product is very good. To be honest, I didn't have much faith in it, but it really works. ✅

I would rather this be a positive review, but you can't review something you never received. I have emailed over and over. And I've been told told that my order was delivered. I'm home 24/7 because I'm disabled and no delivery has come. I spent over $60 and all I want is my order or my money.
