Please don't go by their shipping information. It took almost 1 month to receive my order (ordered 2/14). The order came from China which means it had to go through customs. It sat their for days, then the tracking information wasn't updated. I'll give a separate review on the products.

Na 2jaar pijnelijke voeten te hebben als dakwerker en zeer sceptisch te zijn over deze zolen heb ik ze toch besteld en na 2-3maand dragen is het resultaat dat ik geen pijn meer heb aan men voeten en terug geniet van lange wandelingen/activiteiten! Had ze beter toch wat eerder besteld zeker een aanrader !

Avoid. This company won't give refunds despite why they say. I made a duplicate accidental purchase and tried to cancel immediately, they didn't cancel but they reassured me they would refund me on return. They didn't, they tried to haggle and then went silent. I am stuck with insoles the wrong size which were not cheap. The size which did fit I found the instep support way too high and it makes my feet ache. Personally I wonder why such a high support is needed and also it takes the foot high up in the sports shoe which requires a strong tight lace to provide support and ensure you don't twist over, particularly in sports you change direction quickly eg racket sports.

I brought a pair of stepprs a while ago, I have just ordered another pair for another pair of shoes. They are so comfortable, tried other insoles but they don't come close for comfort.

Scam do not order

These didn't offer the high arch support they promised, and they flattened within 4 weeks despite the promise of 12 months plus. When I arranged to get a refund they said they'd only offer 30%. When I said thats against their policy and it needs to be a full refund they just refused to reply. They replied again when I accepted the 30% refund, which then never came, and you guessed it, they stopped responding. Scam company. Edit 20/4: Instead of replying saying you'll investigate internally, why don't you contact me directly to arrange my refund? Scammers keep scamming.

The insoles proved to be excellent have no complaint and have even ordered more. The only hick-up is it took too long to arrive. BUT it is a great product.

Let me tell you my feet were in bad shape my toes were crippled but within the first 10 steps I don’t want to take my boots off
