Inserted new Stelo to have it die in 4 hours. The company said I turned it off!?!#%% Did not. Was still inserted in arm and they DECLINED analyzing it to see what went wrong on manufacture. 35-40% failure rate. Very unpredictable product.

The absolute worst. All day have been unable to get biosensor to connect to app, tried all list easy remedies with no success. If I had known would have never purchased . Their support is terrible. ! Bot,bot bot ! Would give a zero presently if I could. I was excited to try this product

I had TWO Stelo devices stop working the NEXT DAY!!! Filled out their support form and they responded two weeks later that they couldn't verify the problem. Really? The device and app communicates with Stelo and they can't verify?!?!? What crap load of horseshit!

I put a sensor on on 9/2. It stopped working/connecting the same day. I thought maybe it was because the sensor was old because I purchased it a year ago. Ordered a new set of sensors the same day & paid for expedited shipping, they arrived the next day. Installed the new sensor & it worked overnight & was no longer connecting within less than 24 hours. Contacted support at Stelo & asked for a refund because they sent me a defective product & was told all sales are final. Had to complete a complaint form. Time will tell if they make it right.

I had difficulty updating my payment method and was double charged for a 3 month supply. I called customer service and I can't over emphasize how horrible their customer service is. They are truly uncaring . I have been diagnosed with diabetes for over 26 years and have never encountered anything like this. Obviously health care is expensive, but I have never encountered such callous disregard for the needs of a diabetic client.

Stelo failure rate 80%; abysmal customer support. Temporary connection failure, wait 3 hours…8 hours later no updates, adhesive failure, over patch failure. Customer service in the philipines…NO MORE! Time for a Dexcom class action lawsuit!

Dexcom must have paid for the MARD rating . I am a type 2 diabetic not using insulin and current sensor readings are so inaccurate even after three days . I reported the discrepancy to Dexcom and they dismissed my issue refusing to replace the defective sensor.
