Thank you very much Jit for your repeat business and for letting us know there was a qualitative differences between product batches. This is very important feedback and you will be contacted by a team member for more information., including a request for pictures of the packaging to help us track this down. We do not want to sell anything but high quality PPE items. Its possible a supplier switched sources on us and we will need to get this corrected. Please give us the opportunity to work with you to get this corrected. Stay safe.

Please check your spam folder for the reply we sent you two days ago. We reached out immediately when you brought this to our attention and we intend on clearing this up . An email was sent to you this morning explaining what likely led to this misunderstanding. The mask market changes rapidly, as do our suppliers. There was no intent to mislead or misrepresent our product. Nevertheless, we will be happy to offer a full refund and ship you additional masks for free to support your charitable activities. Please let us know the best way to contact you to follow up.
