Great pipette tips and personalized service
Great pipette tips. The tips are hydrophobic with an excellent retention, the products are dispatched super-fast after the order is placed. The company cares, as they call the customers personally and ask whether they can improve their services and product quality.

We are so grateful for your business Erdem and for this comprehensive review of both our Teepa Tips and the level of service we strive to deliver. Thank you so much for making time to share. We've passed this along to the team member you spoke with and gave her a big call out during this morning's check it. Your kind words are very appreciated. Thank you again.

Didn’t listen to details
Good product and fairly easy website. My problem is that since they only ship to commercial addresses, I had to try to have them ship to an individual at that location. Emailed them twice before order went out to make sure they had correct name. Order still went To wrong name and was a real hassle to locate and retrieve.

Thank you very much Paul for your business and for sharing your experience with us. I'll follow up with customer service on Monday to get more information about this wrong name issue. That doesn't sound like my team, but let me find out. I want to point out that we only never ship lab chemicals to a residence and require a commercial address. It says so clearly if you look at the product description and our ordering policy page. We had every right to cancel this order based on the address given, but instead we made the effort to inquire if there was an alternative location to help you out.
