It has been a challenging time for many of our suppliers as they make efforts to increase production of lab items critical for fighting COVID-19 This microplate spinner remains at historic demand levels and we are frustrated too that people are waiting. Please let us know if our customer service team communicated with you at reasonable intervals to let you know to expect the delay and provide updates when it would ship. We've just added a new customer service member to our team to help us improve with more timely communication We recently brought in a very large shipment of these microplate spinners to our warehouse with the hope we can decrease lead times.
