Armando H.
Received product quickly. Shipping was expensive.
Response from Stellar ScientificApr 20, 2026
Thank you very much Armando for your business and for taking time from your busy day to share very important and helpful feedback with us! It seems that the item you ordered requires cold shipping and must go overnight. It's crazy how much a small package can cost in such a situation. We will speak with the supplier to see if there was any other way we could have gotten these to you quicker and for less money.

Product was delivered on time, but please put the addressee's name on the mailing label. The company was listed, but my personal name was not, so the receiving team did not know who it was for.
Response from Stellar ScientificMar 19, 2026
Thank you very much Chris for bringing this to our attention! You are 100% correct. We've notified the supplier who drop ships these for us so they can find out how this happened. Your name was on our PO. We're very honored to have the opportunity to take care of you and to know you want to help live up to our Stellar name and reputation!

Elisa was excellent to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and get us a quote with a quick turnaround. The 4 star is because one of our three racks arrived dented. Elisa was quick to offer a replacement.

Jacek W.
It took longer than expected to get my order.
Response from Stellar ScientificJul 15, 2024
Thank you Jacek for placing a new order with us today for more pre-cast gels and for sharing your honest feedback with us about the longer-than-expected delivery time. This is something we've been trying to figure out for a while. We used to keep a supply in our warehouse stock for super fast delivery, but we had issues with gels expiring so we decided to have them drop shipped from the manufacturer. Doing this means your gels are made to order so they are guaranteed fresh, but it can take longer to ship. Because they ship cold, any order placed on Wednesday or after, will ship the following week, to be sure someone is there to receive them and put them into a fridge asap We're open to your suggestions how we can improve and serve you better.

It’s not exactly due to you, but we only got 1 out of 2 items, so we paid extra and never got it. Thank you for sending the replacement.
Response from Stellar ScientificMay 22, 2024
Thank you for your business and for bringing this issue to our attention. According to FedEx tracking both items shipped together. Our customer service team is looking into this right away and you will get an email update once we know more. If the item was lost in transit, a replacement will be sent at no cost. This will be resolved asap. Thank you for your trust and for choosing Stellar Scientific
