Stellar scientific was absolutely…
Stellar scientific is an absolutely wonderful company. Their service was personalized, thorough and speedy. Jupe helped us quickly find what we needed on the website. When everything else we tried to purchase for our upstart COVID19 PCR lab was unavailable, on back order, or took 1 week to receive, everything from Stellar scientific took 2 days from order. They had a thorough understanding of what inventory was available and what they could guarantee. Wonderful company to work with. We will be using them in the future.

Poor coomunication
Poor coomunication, late shipping confused schedules. Whats not to like?

Jack - Thank you very much for your business and for taking time to share this feedback with us. Obviously we did not deliver on our Stellar Service promise and I would like to know what happened. Could you be more specific about where we dropped the ball? I'd like to know if the communication issues were due to everyone working remotely or something else. I would be grateful if you would take my call and help me understand what went wrong so we can do better. Thank you again Lee J Lowenstein

Buy Here, You Won't Regret It! (Great Customer Service and Shipping)
This is a legitimate company and site. Stellar Scietific was very responsive. I left my item in their cart and received what I thought was robo-email. I answered it on Memorial Day and received a human response (thank you Lee!) within 3 hours. On a holiday?! Wow! Lee said if I ordered that day it would ship Tuesday. So I did. Fastest shipping ever. Ordered on a holiday, Monday about 7pm and received purchase Wednesday at 3:30 PM. Exceptional customer service. Stellar Scientific keeps you updated throughout the proces, emailing you, as needed and they have one click tracking. They also take PayPal for payment.
