The professionalism and the response rate with Willow staff and the physician assigned to me has been top notch since the beginning. I temporarily left Willow thinking I was going to find a cheaper company to get my medication through. Unfortunately, I have only found other companies who have horrible customer service and even worse tele-visits that don't happen when they have been scheduled well in advance. I was also scammed by the pharmacy another company uses that was supposed to send my medication. They shipped me the needles, alcohol pads and instructions for injecting the medication only, no actual medication! I'm still trying to get reimbursed for that. So, Willow is the only company I've dealt with that has been honest, reputable and right on point with everything they say, they do.

I have been on tirzepatide injections for a few months. I started at 195lbs and obese and after about 6 months, I'm down to 160lbs. The process was seamless and after getting past the first poke, it's been smooth sailing. Very happy with the results. After approaching my target weight, I made the call to cancel my treatment. After all, it's expensive. I was never pressured or guilted into staying on, nor upsold on anything. They made that process very smooth and painless. I ran into an issue with FedEx for my last shipment and the customer service team literally kept up with daily updates, followed my shipping which felt like in real time and made sure I received the package. FedEx dropped the ball twice but they finally got it to me. Very impressed with the customer service team and the results. Hopefully I won't be back but if I do, I'll be going back to Willow.

Fantastic customer service and support

I’m super happy with using Willow so far. The medication really works well, their doctors are always responsive and ready to help. Their customer service email seems to be working 24/7 and they are always super helpful and flexible.

I've been a Willow client for GLP-1s (tirzepatide) for over a year and their service has exceeded expectations. I was nervous to try a remote medical provider but the responsiveness and support of both the doctor and customer support team is excellent -- far better than any in-person provider I've ever used. Starting a GLP-1 can be both exciting and scary, and the ease of using Willow makes me feel confident in the care and the qualify of product. I hope in the future they offer more customization for maintenance dosing. I am happy to say I reached my goal weight and am keeping it off. - E. Newman

Simple, seamless process and great customer service. I needed to pause my account for 6 months while I was going through a tough time financially and it was quick and easy to do so. The doctors are also very responsive and the packages arrive on time and assembled with care. I would definitely recommend Willow without hesitation!
