Great customer service and starting was super easy. Love that they give you warning before your next delivery so you have time to make changes. The doctor was able to answer my questions so I could decide on when to increase my dosage or switch to injections. Results are slower than I expected but I am seeing results.

Web site totally out of date, very hard to navigate, goodness how person who are not computer literite cope...not able to access out of hours, what is the point as you don't even answer the phone or the staff do not know the basics of negotiating the gov. Web site! No hope , why bother even wasting electricity at the practice. May as well close it totally and everyone can call 111 or ho and sit in A&E
