I ordered flowers for a friend and my credit card was charged immediately. I received an email early the next morning telling me that the order was cancelled for unspecified reasons and that my refund was processed. After almost 10 days I had not received the refund and I followed up with an email. My email was responded to saying that they were still “working” on it. After another 5 days my refund still had not been processed so I followed up again and got the same response. I did some research and found out that this is a common occurrence with this vendor. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope that this finally generates the refund. Buyer be ware using this vendor.

Scam. As soon as I ordered I received a message that it can’t be done and it’ll receive a refund. I’ve called a few times and get the same run around “a supervisor needs to review it.” Months later and still not refund

This is a scam!!! I did not receive any flowers nor did i get my refund..they are scammind people, check on reddit and yelp for reviews.

Placed 2 orders on the same day. Delivery was canceled with no explanation. After 2 days, someone finally answered, stated a refund was submitted, refund was not given. Account was charged for both orders
