They confirmed the order, took my money, then canceled the order and 2 weeks later still haven't received the refund.

No delivery - no refund. I placed an order on 2/13, my cc was charged and then I got another email saying my order was cancelled and I would get a refund in 5-10 days. Today is the 10th day and I still have not gotten a refund. So irritating. I would NEVER order from them again!!

I had a great experience getting flowers from Starluck. They also called to confirm all the details and message.

I placed an order Feb 16 and some momentos later received a cancellation notification. Still waiting for promised refund.

Ordered same day delivery flowers for my moms birthday and got an email an hour later saying canceled “ I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.” It will take over a week for a refund they say, based on reviews, does anyone ever get flowers???

Completely fake all around accept for taking your money.
