I ordered flowers for my daugher's 21st birthday and had wonderful customer service. They called to verify the delivery instructions and took care to make sure the delivery was special for our daugher.

They were very reasonally priced for a gorgeous plant. I dont live up in Niles so I was just picking a florist not knowing anything about it. I cetainly picked a winner. The gentleman called me to make sure I would be fine with the delivery date and to make dure where to leave it was clear. Very attentive to details and pleasant to talk to.

Very nice and easy ordering experience. He was very patient and make sure to get my very long message I sent on the flowers perfect. He is creating the arrangement personally to make sure to use the receiver’s favorite flowers. I will be using them again.

Gave 1 star ONLY because it won't let me do anything without it. Ordered on April 30,2026, order canceled 2 hours later money taken from account on May 4,2026. Many emails sent with them saying we will process refund immediately. Its now May 23,2026 and NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Although my order isn’t scheduled to be delivered for a few days I must say that their attention to detail is superb. I omitted a detail when ordering and they called me to verify. Pleasant Customer Service/Support. A plus that there is no extra fees.
