Zero stars. Order was promised to be delivered on time but was cancelled after the delivery date. Will put in a scam report with the BBB and my credit card company. Do not order from them

They did not deliver and sent a notice after the delivery day that they weren't able to deliver for my moms birthday.

I ordered flowers from Starluck Flowers on July 12, 2026. My order was received and immediately canceled. I was sent an email that my order had been refunded. Then I call Starluck and was told that they would cancel on their end, instead it was charged. When I checked my credit card account, there was a charge on it from Starluck Flowers 6 days later after I call them that the charge was pending. All they will tell you is that it will be refunded in a few days. DO NOT USE THEM!! I will be contacting the BBB.

Scam do not use. Ordered flowers and had to cancel credit card. They have taken over numerous web sites. They are from NY and phone numbers are answered by people from other countries. Ruth Roses is another scam company. FBI investigating.
