I ordered a Blueray Blueberry plant, poor quality
I ordered a Blueray Blueberry plant, 1 Gallon, not easy to find. The plant arrived 2 weeks later than promised. That caused a problem because we were leaving for vacation in a few days and I had to scramble to plant it. Worse, the plant was in a 1 gallon pot but clearly had been stuck in the put with minimal roots. It was not grown in the pot and was essentially a bare root plant with a few leaves. I have managed to keep it alive via diligence and knowledge but in my opinion, false advertising, I was misled.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry for the delay in your order and the added stress it caused, especially with your upcoming vacation. That’s not the kind of experience we want for our customers. I’m also sorry to hear about the condition of the plant when it arrived. What you described—minimal root development in a 1-gallon pot—is not the quality we aim to provide, and I understand why it felt misleading. Your feedback is valid, and we take concerns like this seriously. We’re glad to hear you’ve been able to keep the plant alive, but we recognize that you shouldn’t have had to put in extra effort to compensate for how it arrived. I’ll be sharing your comments with our growing and fulfillment teams so we can review our processes and ensure our product descriptions and plant readiness are accurate and consistent. We’d like to make this right. Please let us know if you would prefer a replacement plant, a refund, or store credit—we’re happy to work with you on the option that best meets your needs. In addition, a member of our team will be reaching out to you by phone shortly to discuss this further and assist you directly. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address this.
