Installer was great!!!!

Our salesman Rich was very courteous, professional & knowledgeable. He helped us decide on the best stairlift that would fit our needs. Josh, our installer was also very courteous, professional & knowledgeable. Josh explained the different parts of the chair, how it worked & all the safety items the chair was equipped with. Installation was completed much faster than expected. Josh stayed with us until we felt confident in using the chair correctly.

Tony, the sales Mgr, was detailed, transparent, and informative. He answered my questions and was fair and consistent addressing my needs.

It only took 2 hours to install the chair. The chair is sturdy and easy to operate. I got the highest model with all the bells and whistles and glad I did.The chairs that are manual are a hassle to us that is from other people. The only thing that was surprising was the salesman that sold me the chair never gave me a follow up call to see if I was pleased. As a retired salesman I also called or stop back to see if my customer was happy as well as any customer feedback. Still all in all the product is good and I would recommend it to others who need a chair. Stuart E.

My parents had Stannah install a stairlift while my father was in the hospital. Unfortunately, he never made it back home. We were past the refund period when he died but Stannah made an exception, removed the stairlift, and issued a full refund. They showed us compassion and grace in a moment when it really mattered for us and we are immensely thankful
