Stannah Stairlifts USAReviews of stannah-stairlifts.com

Installation took exactly as long as the estimate and allowed our front door to open fully. Very professional staff.

Fantastic sales and installation experience. Stairlift works perfectly and actually looks pretty modern and sleek. Great all around experience.

The gentlemen that came to work were courteous and polite. They showed us how to use the product and ensured that my mother was comfortable with it before departing. Very excellent service.

Kevin's installation was meticulous. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible. We are very pleased with the product and service thus far.

Technician has a great personality and worked diligently installing the stairlift and provided guidance on using it. It works great and saves me the effort of going up and down the stairs. Only complaint is that it make quite a lot of noise when turning the seat.

Everything worked out fine. The installers were very polite .They cleaned up the area and removed all of the packaging.

Great Salesman, Jeff Jacobs. He was very knowable , answered all our questions.

I am writing this review to share my appreciation for the excellent service and product provided by your team. The staff—especially Veronica, our sales/customer liaison, and Kevin, the installer—were thorough, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction and did a great job with the installation. The stairlift itself is an excellent, high-quality product: quiet, sleek, well-made, easy to use, and very comfortable. My husband loves it, despite being hesitant before receiving it. I have already referred a few people who are looking for a stairlift to the company.
