I'm not happy this is a US web site I was told they were made in United Kingdom

The salesman was knowledgeable and explained my options. The installation occurred on the date, promised it was successful however, I noticed a knob hanging from underneath the mechanism. I called and sent him a picture and they returned my call telling me not to worry about it. it was OK.

Installer was very professional - explained every step of his process, worked cleanly and quickly then gave us a tutorial about operation and maintenance. The resulting project looks great and more importantly works great for my handicapped wife.

From beginning to end, Stannah was easy to deal with. From coming to the home and giving my parents a quote and then to have it installed within a week was unheard of. Then the installer came and my parents were very happy with Eddy. Thank you Stannah!!!

Ryan drury on a legal document misspelled my name and asked if it was ok to leave it that way (of course not), then on the next form put down the incorrect amount for the deposit. I am still waiting for the corrected forms and the instruction manual and the tax forms and the answers to my questions. This activity certainly taints one’s appreciation of the Stannah company
