Late with no response
Late with no response. Going on day 15 after ordering now and still have yet to receive a response from them despite daily emails to customer support. Ordered 12/15 with a stated delivery of 6-10 days.

Long Delivery -
*Updating my review, I finally received my order after waiting nearly 8 weeks* Ordered a month ago, and still not received my item which was meant to be a Christmas present. I have emailed several times with no response. it was not cheap so I'm so upset to have lost money and have no item.

Easy order process for their stock…
Easy order process for their stock stamp designs. Shipping was fairly quick - considering it was made and sent from the opposite side of the Earth. I would love to see about ordering a custom design to be used in the same handle sets.

Fraud company.
Fraud company. They claim to use a 3rd party shipping company no one has ever heard of. They did not deliver my product and refuse to do anything about it. Checked all cameras.. don't buy, they are a scam.

Stay well away.
Stay well away. Order on the 10th (6-10 days shipping) won't be here till the 30th No response to my 6 emails. Charge back done and still not heard from them. Awful company.
