I would rate less than one if given the ability. Ordered the product over two weeks ago and reached out to customer support numerous times to make a correction. I received an auto reply that my email was received, however was never given any sort of personalized follow up about my request. I ordered well in advance from Christmas and still have not yet received this item. Additionally, it’s shipped from China. It can only be tracked via the Shopify app which is less than ideal. My item shipped and was subsequently returned to sender and when a refund was requested, I still have not received any reply at all from the company. This has been a terrible experience all around that prevented me from getting a Christmas gift for my loved one. Absolutely do not use this company you, will be scammed.

Hi Justin, Thank you for providing your order number. After checking our system, we haven’t been able to locate any previous email correspondence linked to this order, which would explain why you didn’t receive a response earlier. We’re sorry for any confusion or frustration this caused 💛 We can see that there have been delivery issues with USPS on this order, which resulted in it not reaching you as expected. This is clearly not the outcome we want, especially given the timing 📦 Someone from our team will be contacting you directly to resolve this as quickly as possible and ensure you’re properly taken care of 📩✨ Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we appreciate the opportunity to sort this out. Warm regards, The Stamped Pages Team

The embosser arrived but is not effective. You have to press really hard to get even a very faint embossment. Very disappointing as it looks nothing like the example on the box it comes in. We are very busy with grandchildren visiting at present but I will ring you next week to make sure we have done everything correctly. We watched the instruction video so I don’t think that’s the problem. This is just what my husband wanted but it’s not working effectively.

Hi Yuri, Thank you for taking the time to share this — we’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this has been, especially as it was something your husband was looking forward to. We completely understand how frustrating it must feel when the result doesn’t match expectations 💛 We appreciate you mentioning that you watched the instruction video, and we’d very much like to help get this resolved for you. There are a few things we can check together to make sure the embosser is performing as it should, and if there is an issue with the item itself, we’ll of course make it right. Please do get in touch when it suits you next week — we’ll be more than happy to help and make sure you’re properly looked after 📞✨ Warm regards, The Stamped Pages Team

Got for my wife as a gift because she loves books and this one has the sticker option so she don't stamp her book pages. She loves it! Definitely a good buy!

I loved the choices for the book stamper. It arrived extremely well packaged. It was a gift for my daughter, and I know she will love it!

Ordered an embosser for my sister for Christmas before cut off date. It’s now January 3rd and I have still not received anything, no reply to my previous attempt to contact the company, nothing!. Now I’ve read that my order has been cancelled without my knowledge or consent and returned to sender via tracking.
Response from Stamped PagesJan 11, 2026
Hi Katie, We’re really sorry to hear about this experience — we completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this must be, especially as it was intended as a Christmas gift for your sister 💛 We’re concerned to hear you didn’t receive a response previously, and that the tracking showed the order being returned without this being clear to you. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We’d really like to look into this for you and make sure it’s properly resolved as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us again directly with your order number when you’re able, and we’ll prioritise this straight away 📩✨ Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience while we put this right.
