What is good about the company: They have a beautiful website that is user friendly and able to make beautiful custom images for the stamp/embosser you want, it is pretty straight forward When I did email their customer service, they did respond pretty quickly What is bad: This company is not transparent about who they are (they are based in the UK not the United States), and they source all their work to China, who does poor quality work and/or from whom you don't even receive the product from. They know that if they were transparent, they would surely not have the number of customers they do because they are just a shell company with a shell website who relies on a whole other company to do their work. What I am saying is, if that other company does something wrong, it makes this company look bad...and for good reason. There is no quality control, there is no step by step process that you are kept up to date on like promised...they (China) just speedily puts your product together, with no communication to you whether you even like the product, then ships it through the most terrible logistics company imaginable. This is the second company I have found that has lied about where they are based, and where they source the work to make the product. If I don't receive a refund for my lost package, then I will update this review to reflect that. A nice website doesn't replace the fact that their reputation is based on another company's work and delivery service, and for that, I can't rate this company more than two stars. Don't by into their story on their webpage, it is a lie that just lures you in thinking you are working with real people who really care about the product they send. Avoid any company that sources to China, even if you have to pay a little extra.

No where does it tell you that it is coming from China. So the shipping wait was very misleading, frankly just a lie. Took about 20 days to reach Louisiana. When it did come in, one of the embosser plates was simi hanging on to the bracket. It was off center and not aligned. For the embosser to function properly, the two male and female plates must be aligned perfectly. So, now I'm going to have to take the plate off, remove the old glue, realign the plates, glue and clamp it. I'm sure it will work after that, but the qaqc took a hit on this one.

The embosser arrived but is not effective. You have to press really hard to get even a very faint embossment. Very disappointing as it looks nothing like the example on the box it comes in. We are very busy with grandchildren visiting at present but I will ring you next week to make sure we have done everything correctly. We watched the instruction video so I don’t think that’s the problem. This is just what my husband wanted but it’s not working effectively.
