Product is phenomenal, however the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely slow delivery and the courier they use does not provide an ETA which just leaves you guessing as to when it’ll arrive.

The company is amazing with customer service. My only complaint is the shipper they use doesn’t update the shipping information until it’s literally at your door.

Took too long

We are so happy with our embosser. The only thing we would say is that the top of the decal (the "Library of" part) doesn't always emboss as well as the bottom. I think it's to do with the alignment. Given the cost I would have liked it to be functioning perfectly.

*Updating my review, I finally received my order after waiting nearly 8 weeks* Ordered a month ago, and still not received my item which was meant to be a Christmas present. I have emailed several times with no response. it was not cheap so I'm so upset to have lost money and have no item.

Tracking updates aren’t texted to my phone or easy to find.

The stamp seems well built but it does not evenly emboss the pages. The emboss is lighter at the top unless you really apply a lot of pressure on the grip.

Delivery took much longer than expected but my partner is very pleased with the stamp. Am just about to order more gold and silver stickers.
