Ordered this item 20 days ago. Nothing on the website told me that this item was being shipped from China. The website stated delivery was 6-10 days Royal Mail. That's not the truth. Customer services tells me that once the item leaves them they're no longer responsible and it's over to customs and the couriers and it will take as long as it takes. Had I known the item was being shipped from China I would not have ordered it. Website is slick and conceals the truth.

Great product. I have a family member who is an advent reader who prefers non-digital material. A perfect gift for this person.

Stamp is fabulous. Packaging and presentation ditto. I’m giving it to my two grandchildren who are avid readers

I love this stamper! I was disappointed in the delivery time, and actually wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was coming from China, because I was on a timeline. But the quality of the stamper is great!

I was really excited to order their book embosser for my girlfriend for Christmas. Quality seems great, and they even added some stickers and a case for free. But after I put in the order, I noticed that it was shipping to my old address, not my current one. Not sure if it was the Shop app or what, but nevertheless I contacted them within minutes of me placing the order asking to switch it or to refund and I would reorder. Fast forward a week and 4 emails later, not a single response. They have already shipped out the order to the old address and I won’t be able to have it in time for Christmas, if at all. The lack of communication on their part is just appalling. Don’t expect to ever hear from them if you have any issue. Feels like a complete scam.

Bought for Xmas present for the reader in our family. Was attracted by choice of designs. It won't be opened until Christmas so I'm unable yet to comment on build quality. Ordering and delivery process were straightforward and it arrived near due date.
