THEIR GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS NOW THEY WONT EVEN RESPOND In November I ordered an embosser as a Xmas gift and after several days waiting it arrived before Xmas. It didn’t get used until January at which time it was determined that part of the text was much fainter. Customer service asked that I send them a video of how I was using it which I did. A follow-up email from me asking what their remedy would be was ignored. Would not recommend this company. After several e-mails looking for a resolution to their poor quality product, they now are not even acknowledging my e-mails. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Update: It has now been weeks since I first contacted this company about a faulty embosser. They have stalled on resolving their poor quality embosser. WHAT A RIP OFF !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! NOW THEY WONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS

Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you noticed with the embossing and for the frustration caused by the lack of follow-up after you sent the video — we understand how disappointing that must have been 💛 We appreciate you providing the additional information requested, and it’s not acceptable that your follow-up wasn’t responded to. We’d really like the opportunity to review this properly and discuss the best way to resolve it for you. Please get back in touch with us directly again with your order number, and we’ll make sure this is looked into as a priority and that you receive a clear resolution 📩✨ Thank you for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us improve our service. Decent shipping and product overall, but did have to slightly bend the stamp properly into place for it to evenly press. Works great after that
