I ordered this as a gift and immediately noticed the plate had the wrong wording. I emailed the company immediately, they say any changes must be done within 2 hours. I emailed them a second time 20 minutes later just to make sure and asked for them to acknowledge the changes. No one has ever replied and I have just received an email to say the wrong order has now been sent. Apparently I will be unable to get a refund. Absolute terrible company and I would advise not to use!

Item never arrived. Went back and forth with them over 16 times to realise it was a bot agent the whole time, they never had the decency to respond to me. In the end I went to my bank to get a refund, awful customer service and delivery

ONE STAR — APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE! I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this company. I received a broken embosser, a product I paid for in good faith and reasonably expected to arrive in working condition. What followed has been even more disappointing than the defective product itself. SEVEN EMAILS. Seven rounds of correspondence trying to resolve a problem that should have been straightforward. And after all that, the company has still made no commitment whatsoever to replace the defective item or issue a refund. I am now left with a broken, unusable device, wasted money, and an astonishing amount of wasted time. Why should a paying customer have to chase a company repeatedly to get a resolution for something that arrived broken? Where is the accountability? Where is the customer service? A defective product is one thing. Failing to take responsibility and leaving the customer without a meaningful resolution is quite another. This has been an utterly frustrating and unacceptable purchasing experience. I would strongly caution prospective buyers to think twice before ordering from this company. I paid for a functioning product. I received a broken one. Seven emails later, I still have neither a replacement nor a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. ONE STAR.

I believe this is a scam website, with a bunch of fake positive reviews. If you see the 1 star reviews, they all say the same thing - that their order never came. I ordered a digital gift certificate 12 days ago, and it was never sent to me. They are not answering emails, and their Facebook messenger response is very nice, but they just keep saying they will prioritize the issue. I believe the FB answers are coming from AI. I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my CC, and then they offered to give me a refund, but as of now I have not seen a refund. If you go to their FB, they have about 3k fake followers, but if you look at their posts, no one likes them, just a couple angry faces. Well set up scam website.

I ordered my girlfriend a stamp on September 24th the shipping tracking says its been out for delivery for 4 days and in my past experiences that is a sure fire you arent getting your merchandise. I emailed them with all the info regarding my order and I havent heard back from them. So long story short save your money or buy from another company. Update my stamp has went from my town to Portland to my town back to Portland on the shipping tracker over the past couple of days

Ordered on the 30th of August and parcel says delivered on the 12th September …package arrived empty contacted stamped pages via email numerous times over with them stating i would be contacted back within 24hours but no correspondence back from them. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Customer service is zero!!!

Order was damaged in shipping or around customs. Never arrived and parcel seems lost somewhere as per tracking. S P isn’t responding to my refund request despite 5 emails. Do not trust

I ordered on August 2nd, paid for rushed shipping. Was expecting the embosser to arrive by the 9th. The 9th came and went, I immediately messaged them several times inquiring about my rushed shipping that I paid for. I got a huge run-around about that since I was emailing them off of a different email and not the one I used at check out. Once I started emailing them off of my email I used at checkout, they ignored me. Until today when I messaged them again but this time stating that I STILL haven’t received my package, and that for the last few days it showed “out for delivery”. Odd right? But oh they’ll “make it priority” to figure out what’s wrong with it. Then conveniently at almost 1am I get an email that my package was delivered. Check out side, no packaged. I go to the “AfterShip” page, it says it was delivered on the 17th! Then I go and check my order on Stamped Pages, it says it was delivered on the 16th! I contacted them and they basically told me to figure it out with the carrier. Do yourselves a favor and order on Etsy like I should’ve!
