This has been happening every time I go in to the point I have to make a delivery order to get the items I want because they are lazy and rude and lie to your face! I went to buy chocolate milk and they said they where out so I placed an order and I got my order in an hour so I had to pay double for what I needed isn’t right they are rude and give really bad attitude and they roll there eyes if you ask for help! They never keep there shelves filled I am looking for another place to shop that had the items they carry!

First time at Sprouts in Bastrop, Texas weeks ago was 'recon'. This morning I went with shopping list in hand. What a breath of fresh air. Instant 'welcome' upon entering. Not one of those 'Mandatory Scripted Welcomes'. Each Sprouts Team Member had eye contact, a positive word and an offer to help me find something. Clean and well organized as expected. The signs for what is on each aisle blend in too much. Need to stand out. The Cashier and Bagger agreed and said they would share this with the Manager who I'm pretty sure was the one that helped me find their Brand closest to the Ritz Brand. She 'comped it' asking me to get back with them with my feedback. If being appreciated as a customer makes sense to you this is the place to go whether it is weekly or simply for specialty items. My complaint is not about the products. It is about the staff and especially the cashier. My first time visiting this location. It was hard to get someone to assist you about ther vitamins upon exiting the supermarket the cashier was so rude we had about 50 dollars worth of items she was really scanning the items so fast like she was angry. Then she asked if I wanted a bag. How in the heck could I take all in my hands. This cashier was either having a bad day or racist happen 09/18/2026 Never going to sprouts again.

store 808 on 122 & macArthur okc, used self checkout and then had cashier weigh one item to know of $ difference because scales are calibrated differently; they are self check weighs items heavier than cashier. so mngr. refunded self check and repurchased with cashier. moral of the story go to cashier then double check at self check. their store on no. may/63 does identically, stands to reason they all do the same, charge customer more for self checkout. rue the day when cashiers are eliminated.

Sprouts in Ventura, California, is deceiving customers by placing overstock items that are not on sale or closeout items, IN THE CLOSEOUT, BARGAIN section, hoping to dupe customers. Furthermore, they're placed there WITHOUT price tags, hoping that you'll assume that they're marked down. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!

The friendliness of the staff, most of whom I know by name. Also, Manager's Specials are always a surprise. Variety of products, too, keeps me coming back.

Milk was literally expired by OVER 2 WEEKS. it was still on the shelf and it’s September 17. Come on sprouts you have one job! It expired on August 31st. Such as disappointment. Never shopping here again. You just lost a customer

Overall, we have been happy to shop at our local Sprouts, mainly for the bulk foods, the produce and the dairy. However, while they to carry a number of brands of "heavy" cream, they are all thickened any additives - carrageenan, gella.n or guar gum. We have to go to Natural Grocers or Whole Foods to find true heavy cream - Alexandre or Origin. Straus also makes heavy cream (and whipping cream, which has lower butterfat) and while Sprouts carries Straus yogurt and ice cream,, they do not carry their heavy cream.
