Their cashier is so rude. Can't they get nice cashiers? She looked angry. Couldn't wait to get out. First time and not returning again. Must be a reflection of the managers. I wonder what the managers are like. Can't imagine. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Who is perfect?

Went to Sprouts for the first time yesterday, it was amazing, so many great products and Allison the women who helped was so knowledgeable I will definitely be going back soon☺️

poor quality, high prices, very limited selection in a 'large empty' store

New Sprouts Farmers Market just opened in GA. It is actually just another grocery store with greatly overpriced goods. THE FRESH PRODUCE SECTION WAS DISMAL-small space, very limited selection of ordinary items and some were not presented properly, e.g., asparagus bundles piled on their sides and drying out rapidly. Some items almost reasonably priced but better quality avocados are cheaper at Publix ($2 vs $1.25). Quality canned beans are cheaper everywhere. ETC., etc… If I desperately need some item that I cannot find in less expensive stores, first I’ll look at Amazon to compare prices! You too might be surprised!

I had an incredible experience at Sprouts off Barbara Jordan Blvd in Austin thanks to Travis Hagadorn in the Meat Department. From the moment I inquired about a sale/promotion on an item, he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Travis went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, offering great recommendations and even sharing some cooking tips for the meat that I purchased. The quality of the meat was top-notch and it’s clear that he takes pride in his work. I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this store to friends and family! Thank you Travis, for such outstanding service.

I used to shop at various sprouts in Austin and then Atlanta. Yesterday, there were live bugs in my rice cakes. I contacted the manufacturer and Sprouts.... and I want to let everyone else know as well. If you have a problem, they can't fix it if you don't complain. About 2 yrs ago, I started getting spoiled meat when I got home and opened the package. One time, ok (though I've never had that in 40 years of shopping for groceries). 3 times? No. Spoiled yogurt and cheese with mold on the side away from the packaging. I buy my produce elsewhere because it's very expensive here. I don't know what's going on, but this was the final straw.

The stores are very clean and staff friendly. The prices can be prohibitive but there are always sale items which why I like shopping there.
