I am unable to log into my account after adding to 2FA. I contacted customer support and was told they would get back to me sometime next week. In my experience customer service is horrible.

What is there not to say? This is the best platform in the crypto space. The whole point of utilizing crypto is to have it be a part of your everyday lives. This platform enables you to do that. You can offboard your crypto straight to your bank account or prepaid debit cards. You can pay your family and friends using your crypto. You can pay your credit card bills, mortgage, or energy bill with your crypto. Need I really say more? Spritz is absolutely killing the game. If you are in the US, or Canada, and are involved in crypto and the DeFi space, and you're not using Spritz, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Spritz is super easy to use, both to off-ramp, pay bills, and pay people. Their customer service is excellent. Since I have started using Spritz, they have added to the chains and coins that can be used. Saves so much in exchange and transfer fees.

I used Spritz to payoff my 19k credit card bill and to off ramp with no issues. They respond to any concerns within 24 hours even via email. Definitely will continue to use their service in the future.
