I have issues logging in via wallet and or email each month and it has caused me to have late payment and fees from creditors, Their support thinks I am lying when I tell them I dont get their OTP emails, mo and mo same crap, not ok!

I have just been asked to verify again, for the 3rd time after completing my 2nd verification only 10 days ago and completing several successful off-ramps. This repeated verification seems excessive. I've already provided sensitive information including a live selfie and bank records, and I'm concerned about what's happening with this data and why it seems to be missing from their systems. At a minimum, they should be keeping this sensitive information secure. When I ask for an explanation, they simply apologize and ask me to complete the verification again without providing any substantive answers. Poor management of data and customer support.

Too much bs to go through and such a restrictions on everything

They put up a great front. I really appreciate that they exist, but they don't put enough resources into customer service and allowing users to have better financial services than are provided elsewhere. what im saying is they talk a lot and yet i have had numerous occasions in which one of the "pre-paid" visa's didnt work while making purchases. recently i was completely closed out of a pre-paid debit that still has 67$ on it. What we know about those digital debits is that if i dont use it i will loose it. So now i have 67$ trapped on a digital card that gets declined at 100% of places so pretty much ive lost around 67$ with them and successfully transfered around 5k.... do the math. if they loose around 1.5% of my money... thats not a solid finaicail organization. they could have made that from me in fees if they actually supplied us with a realistic financial enviornment. It "works" sometimes though so i give them 2 stars.

I set up my account profile verification done, email came saying the hard part was over I could go ahead and pay my bill. then the system wanted me to start all over again with the same verification, now it wants my full social security to move forward, while it did not ask my other family members for any 4 working phones in my name the business the home, and 2 cell phone, I gave my driver lic did the face Recognition, have bank accounts address and they can't verify me. I would not mind giving my social if everyone else does the same. also am a citizen what the Heck.
