these people are brainless, dont trust them with your crypto or your cash. Something as simple as an email address change was beyond their ability! in addition to their sky high fees makes them rotten egg. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS. Just seeing the idiotic reply these fools posted confirms they are brainless. If you value your money stay away, there are better services out there with better employees.

The fees are advertised as free for the first $100 of the month. However, they are charging almost 2%. Customer Service says the fee structure has changed. Oddly enough, it's been weeks and they still haven't updated the site. If they were going to wait to update the site, they should've waited to implement the changes.

This can become a personal money manager for the financially inept. Because spritz is able to integrate with the SAFE multisig wallet, the gambling beast in me has been tamed! Seriously, I am able to have another person who has to sign off on anything I spend. I keep my money in SAFE and pay my bills directly from it. I can send a little allowance to my bank for pocket money. It's great. Don't judge me, just being honest.

Well, my first experience was trying to sign up. FAIL. They couldn't identify me even though the address they had was correct and I didn't supply it. Contacted support and they said it may take a few days to get back to me. Totally bad first impressions of a finance company!

I just joined and all I could do was get my referral code. Everything else I just get a perpetual spinning circle. I cannot do any business with something that lags completely. Customer service chat says they will get back to me in an email and says We'll be back in half an hour. Very poor tech

I am really enjoying using Spritz to pay my credit-cards and bills with Crypto. And to onramp and offramp from crypto as well. Works great and really fast. Way better than any other exchange like gemini for example. Spritz is very useful!

Usually this whole thing works flawlessly, however their app is utter garbage, half the time it doesn't work or freezes and the other half it takes forever, now their website is starting to lag and notmload correctly. Spritz is an Incredible Service for our Business! Spritz has always been consistently reliable and fast for our bill pay service and also our off-ramp! But over the last couple of weeks we had an issue with our Bank Account, and a week ago, I needed help from Spritz Customer Service to deal with that issue. The Service and the fast responses that I received from Zsuzsi in the Spritz Customer Service Department were AMAZING! She was always available and responded to my questions and concerns very quickly, and she was extremely knowledgable, professional, courteous and patient! Even though it took several days to get the details worked out with our Bank, Zsuzsi was always there and acted quickly with great communication and we got all of the issues resolved because of her help. Not only does Spritz have great bill pay and off ramp services, but their Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Spritz for all of these reasons!
