I had an issue. It took a couple of weeks to resolve but at the end of the day, it was. they always kept in touch, never abandoned me and now everything has been corrected. Fast processing, great support!

Every time I have an issue and send a message to Spritz support, not only do they respond quickly they stay with you via email until the issue is resolved. Make sure you attach any screen shots in your message thread as it helps them better trouble shoot the issue.

Been a great company for me. Fast , cheapest I've found. When have had problems customer service is fast, helpful and have solved every time ( including when thousands didn't show up and had to locate my funds) Would strongly recommend them to anyone.

The experience with Support has been outstanding, particularly with Ley. I had many questions to be answered and issues to be resolved. This has been over a period of months, and everytime I get a quick response within hours if not immediately. I've been using Spritz for over a year and I love it. I can send direct to my bank account, debit card, or use the physical card and virtual card I have. Easy, fast, very low fees, and one thing I appreciate so much is the customer support, Ley! Sprintz Finance is a very good company. They will help you through any problems, concerns and questions you may have or you experiencing. Send them an email or ask a question in the app, and Ley will respond very timely and quickly with the answers to your questions, problem, or concerns. When you submit a payment it don't take long for you to receive your funds in your account. I also like the fact that payments can be ACH, or wire transfer which makes it very easy to receive your fund in your account. I'm glad I found Sprintz Finance
