I had an issue. It took a couple of weeks to resolve but at the end of the day, it was. they always kept in touch, never abandoned me and now everything has been corrected. Fast processing, great support!

Every time I have an issue and send a message to Spritz support, not only do they respond quickly they stay with you via email until the issue is resolved. Make sure you attach any screen shots in your message thread as it helps them better trouble shoot the issue.

How the hell does one open an account with this mob??? Verification doesn't work. Manual verification never gets sorted. Nobody from the help team gets back to you. Even the support messenger "couldn't send" messages. I'm looking for another similar service, anyone got better suggestions that is easier to sign up to and get running. PLEASE!!!!!

Been a great company for me. Fast , cheapest I've found. When have had problems customer service is fast, helpful and have solved every time ( including when thousands didn't show up and had to locate my funds) Would strongly recommend them to anyone.

it’s now been one and a half years since spritz froze my money due to some vague excuse about fraudulent charges but assured me that they knew had no involvement; so I’m not sure why I was even affected by the account freezes the first place. I’ve contacted them on a monthly basis, asking for my refund. They have not given me any sort of clear timeline nor explanation as why it’s taking so long- they even tried to pass the buck onto several other companies now and they don’t know what I’m talking about all. TLDR this company is a scam. Stay far away if you don’t like being robbed. 

The experience with Support has been outstanding, particularly with Ley. I had many questions to be answered and issues to be resolved. This has been over a period of months, and everytime I get a quick response within hours if not immediately. This is in stark contrast with other companies where I've waited for days, a week or two, or no response at all. Keep up the great work Spritz!

Amazing products and services. And what sets spritz apart from other platforms is their customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff makes needing help maybe once a year if soo much (due to my error)... Alot more easy .

The team at Spritz is the most helpful and responsive group I have interacted with on any financial platform, and I have used several of them. Spritz is easy to use and I have recommended it to others and they have an easy time using it and zero issues. I never write reviews, but I will certainly take the time to let you know about Spritz, give them a try!
