Hi Liz, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. Our meals should definitely be lasting you 5-6 days after delivery, so something is not right here. Can you let us know what meals went bad early and or if your meals were not arriving cool and fresh? This is so distressing to hear, I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you! The summer has really tested our packaging and insulation 😥 I totally understand why you canceled your subscription, but I would really like to give it one more shot! Whether this is a shipping issue, or if someone on our Box Packing line has gotten sloppy, I am reporting this to our Logistics and our Operations Managers to resolve this for you, and for any other client who may be experiencing these issues this summer. I wanted to let you know that we can actually switch you to an even more expedited shipping for the warm summer months so that your meals are shipped overnight. This way, we can always guarantee you receive your meals fresh and cool. We're happy to do this at no additional cost to you so you can enjoy our delicious meals! Please let me know if this is something you would like to try, I truly believe that you would enjoy continued meal deliveries. Hi Jacqueline, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. Our Culinary Manager is often reviewing recipes and comparing them against our client feedback so that we can make improvements. We would love to know what meals you did not enjoy. I'm so very sorry that the flavor wasn't to your liking. There are a few dishes myself that I got and I took a few bites and tossed them because I just was not a fan, so I totally understand where you are coming from. Taste is so subjective so it's hard to cater to everyone but we always want to make sure we are improving! In regards to the Blueberry Salad with Blueberry Basil Balsamic, we did get a bad batch of blueberries and we have actually revamped this meal entirely so that this would not happen again. It was defiantly distressing to hear clients write us that their blueberries were bad because when the meals left our facility they were fine but after a few days the emails started trickling in 😥 Look forward to hearing back from you. FedEx has some explaining to do! It says right on the box "This side up" so I feel terrible your package was not handled properly. I double-checked and your meals arrived Wednesday and they definitely should have still been cool and fresh. This is so distressing to hear, I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you! We are definitely working on this issue, as the summer has really tested our packaging and insulation 😥 I totally understand why canceled your subscription, but I would really like you to give it one more shot! We loved sharing these delicious and healthy meals with you, and we're proud to back it up with exemplary customer service (or, as we call it, Client Happiness!) Just let us know if there is ever anything we can do to help you on your wellness journey! I understand your concern and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're always working on refining our packaging and trying to figure out ways to be as environmentally friendly as possible. For example, after 3+ months of research into a compostable container that could hold up in transit, we only found one, but it required an initial purchase of over a million units. While we're not there yet, we're working on it! Instead, we switched to a container that is made of up to 40% recycled material, which is the highest % we've been able to find. All of our packaging materials are either 100% compostable or recyclable! We will continue working on this while also trying to stay true to our mission of spreading health to more people ❤️ Kindly, Rachel
