Thanks for your support and enthusiasm, Robert, and for taking the time to leave us a review😄 I took a look at your subscription and it looks like it was paused due to a failed payment, we did reach out via email, but we did not hear from you and your payment was not updates so we put it on an indefinite pause. Here are the steps that you can follow: Go to https://sprinly.com/account/login and log into your customer portal Go to the "My Subscription" tab (you may need to Reactivate your subscription if it is currently paused) Scroll down until you see the box that says "Card On File" or "PayPal Account" Tap or click on that box, and a form will pop up on the right hand side so you can add a credit card Enter your card information and "Add Payment Method" Let us know that your payment method has been updated so that we can settle your account! If you want to pause your account again after that, you definitely can; otherwise, we'll continue to send you Sprinly meals each week using the new payment method. I do hope that this information is helpful! If you'd prefer, we can arrange for a phone call from someone our team to help you with anything you might need. Please just let us know how we can help further, and we'll look forward to your next message! All the best, Rachel

Hi Debbie, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. I am so glad we got that order refunded for you, but sometimes when we late cancel, it does not always get taken off the list of orders so sometimes we accidentally send the meals, thankfully it was at no charge and I hope you were still able to enjoy them even though you got meals from another company. Our website can be confusing and it still confuses us when we input changes for clients and it gets reset. We are always learning and improving! We always want to take care of you here at Sprinly and I hope we can serve you again in the future properly. Enjoy your evening and have a wonderful rest of your week! Kindly, Rachel
