I have taken a look at your account and this is what I can see: June 12 - initial sign up (charged) June 15 - charge date ($0 for meals to come the week of June 20) June 22 - charge date (charged for meals to come the week of June 27) Meals the week of June 20: ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE Pending FedEx Tracking Number: 2744 8452 2558 Meals the week of June 27: DELIVERED Wednesday6/29/2022 at 11:02 am FedEx Tracking Number: 2747 6155 7078 I'm so sorry for the trouble! I do see that we processed an order and prepped and packed meals for you. However, I also see according to your tracking information that these meals never made it to you. I'm so sorry about that! I'll definitely let the shipping team know so they can look into it. In the meantime, I've applied a credit to your account for the full cost of that order. Hi Ellen, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. I took a look at your subscription history and it looks like you had two charges for two orders before you cancelled on Aug 1. The last charge was on July 27 for meals that came the week of Aug 1. Our Culinary Manager is often reviewing recipes and comparing them against our client feedback so that we can make improvements. We would love to know what meals you did not enjoy. I'm so very sorry that the flavor wasn't to your liking. There are a few dishes myself that I got and I tossed them because I just was not a fan, so I totally understand where you are coming from. Taste is so subjective so it's hard to cater to everyone but we always want to make sure we are improving! Look forward to hearing back from you. Kindly, Rachel

Our Culinary Manager is often reviewing recipes and comparing them against our client feedback so that we can make improvements. Do you mind sharing which meals you did not enjoy? Was it the flavor? Perhaps did your meals not arrive fresh? Were the ice packs still cool and the meals cool to the touch and everything looked and smelled fresh? We would love the chance to impress you by sending you a free week of meals. Would this be something you are interested in? Feel free to peruse the menu and let us know a week that works best with your needs and we would be happy to send you meals to try! You can view the menu by visiting: sprinly.com/pages/menus. My personal favorite is on the week of Sept 26 the Mediterranean Veggie Kofta Crumble with Vegan Tzatziki and Cucumber Tomato Salad. It's such a unique flavor that is both satisfying and refreshing!
