Hi Lenora, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry our meals were not the right fit for you! Our meals vary in protein, carbs, and calories and this is always available to view online. Some of our clients also tell us they add their own ingredients to balance the meal for the fish- and meat-eaters in their lives. I'm happy to point you in the right direction to view our menu selections and nutritional information so you can see more for yourself! From sprinly.com tap or click on the "Menu" link at the top of the page to view our next several week's menus. Then tap on any of the images to view the ingredients and nutritional information! We are in the process of revamping our current menu and developing new recipes and there are a few new meals coming out in the next few weeks actually. I hope we get the chance to serve you again! I am so glad you gave us a try though! Just so you know, we are in the process of revamping our current menu and developing new recipes! It looks like you should have gotten two and you have one on the way next week (charge date Sept 14). It does say your meals were delivered for your past two charges. Our Culinary Manager is often reviewing recipes and comparing them against our client feedback so that we can make improvements. Do you mind sharing which meals you did not enjoy? We would love the chance to impress you by sending you a free week of meals. Would this be something you are interested in? My personal favorite is on the week of Sept 26 the Mediterranean Veggie Kofta Crumble with Vegan Tzatziki and Cucumber Tomato Salad. It's such a unique flavor that is both satisfying and refreshing! We dont have many low-carb options but when you click on the pictures of the meals the calories, protein, carbs, etc. are all listed out for your convenience! As for low-carb or keto options, we do not have many. Typically our meals will have about 30-80 grams of carbs each. Also, keep in mind, that we only use gluten-free ingredients and never use any processed or refined carbs. Instead, we fill our meals with brown rice, quinoa, gluten-free pasta, soba noodles, and organic veggies! I hope this helps! Kindly, Rachel
