It was working fine for a week
It was working fine for a week, now no gps signal at all, I’ve tried everything and not getting any results. Very bad costumer service!!! Avoid !!!

We are SO pleased with SpotOn
We are SO pleased with SpotOn. We purchased a different collar first and it was horrible. We almost gave up on the idea, then we took a leap and tried SpotOn. Our GSP did great, responded almost immediately and now has freedom to roam our acres without us worrying if she's running off anymore!

Very easy to train a very stubborn dog
Very easy to train a very stubborn dog. We have lots of trees and the fence works just fine. We currently have two fences that we upload. One that keeps him close to the house and one that allows him to roam when we are out and about on our property. We have two dogs. One is very old, and the second that is a pup. The pup wears the collar. If the older dog goes beyond the "fence" the pup stays back, watches and waits for him to come back.

I recently purchased the SpotOn fence…
I recently purchased the SpotOn fence system. I was reluctant at first due to the price, but I have to say it was well worth it. I have a fairly Stubborn two-year-old black lab. The collar allows him to roam around our 5 acre lot in the woods without having to worry about him getting lost. After having the collar for a few months, I decided to buy the tracking recently, which also seems to work very well. Overall, this was a good purchase. Very happy with the support I have received from SpotOn customer service.
