Before purchasing this collar call customer service to ask a few questions. They were very helpful in answering my questions.the spoton collar is amazing. Very easy with training and in a few days my dog knew where the boundaries were. Had underground fence before and will never go back after working with this collar. Your team is excellent to work with.

I’ve been a loyal customer of SpotOn for years, and convinced my in-laws to purchase as well. It’s a miracle for keeping my three dogs away from the road but otherwise giving them freedom to roam my property. The technology has gotten better and better. Customer service is excellent — they stand behind their product.

My lab border collie mix soon to be1 year old goes threw the alarm and correction ever time when loose. During training on lead she works. I have given up for now

The process seems simple. However, it’s overwhelming and while I can try to communicate with them online what I really need is someone to teach my dog hands on.

Our dog has been falsely corrected several times. We have tried changing the fence and adding safe zones. We still get notified that he is out of the fence which he is then being corrected even thought he is standing right next to us. We are reluctant to use the collar.

It would be five stars if the battery lasted longer.

Excellent product. Only bad experience was in ordering. Your ordering process, for me who is not very tech savvy, was confusing. Had 2 collars in the cart, only wanted one. Ended up calling, talked with a representative, got it all straightened out.
