I like the multiple warnings before the line is reached. I like that I can take it to different properties. I don’t like the price and the added monthly fee. Without the subscription I can’t track my dog and don’t know for sure if it is working. I’ve tested it before when “active” and it didn’t go off. I had to deactivate and reset for it to work.

This fence has been a lifesaver. We have a large property but don’t always want our dog to have access to the entire area. We also love that we can use this when we visit relatives. The battery easily lasts the day. We also really appreciate the exclusion zones because it keeps our dog out of our compost pile! The app is easy to use and we have not had any issues.

I have peace of mind knowing that my dog can be on her own outside. I’ve had very few issues with the collar over the past 2+ years and it’s always been a quick response from customer support which helped me resolve the problem with a reset.

I love how I do not have to have a subscription for these collars. We have had no connection issues. My only complaint is that there is no warranty on the collars. I have two dogs and they like to play with each other. The collar on my German Shepherd stopped working after only a few days. Spot on gave us a one time replacement refurbished collar.

Rugged and reliable so far after 3 months. I have a GSP that has put this collar to the test and so far no issues except losing a prong that came loose. My GSP was originally shock trained and he picked up on the fence cues immediately. I just watched him the first day or two. I will buy another one when we get a second dog. I have a good sized property and not sure how it would work in a small lot.

I have a hard time figuring out how to turn the collar on if it shuts itself off because of a low battery.

The product is very flexible in its use. I was able to set the fence up at our new house in an hour or two.

They were very helpful and quick to ship the new end.
