When I called the person on the other end was helpful and knowledgeable. Each time they were understanding and looked into my account to ensure everything was working properly. I also received the new collar and update as quick as possible.

Everything has been spot on!! Easy setup, easy to use & accurate. A few possible improvements. Battery life- the batteries pretty much need to be recharged daily. This is advertised so it know going in but would be nice if they would last a bit longer Color options- the collars are all black we have 2 dogs so would have been a nice option to get 2 different colors to easily identify. Collar status- the option to see the status & make changes to the collars without connecting to them. Currently you need to be within 30' to connect to the collar to make any changes or see the battery life. We sometimes leave our dogs with family (that is a bit electronically challenged) when we travel. It would be nice to be able to check the status of the collars when we are traveling to make sure all is working.

The operation and the App are great. However, there are times when the collar fails to connect to the cellular network. This is frustrating particulary considering we are about .5 miles from the cell tower. Overall it has helped immensely in keeping our Australian Kelpie contained on our property without a physical fence.

I wish that I could administer shock on command like a hunting collar. I also would like to enlarge the boundary for the alerts. My dog will come back to the house as he hears the boundary tone but is easily tempted when he sees a deer to run. He has learned that if he runs the shock will only last so long or he will beat the shock all together. I wish the shock would happen quicker.

We would give SpotOn's customer service an A+. Even though the collar did not work out for us due to our location having some challenges with it's very hilly terrain, heavy tree cover and spotty cellular service. We did try a competitors(for due diligence sake only)so if we ever do find ourselves in a different signal and cellular location we would not hesitate to go with SpotOn again.

It was difficult to set up first time but the help line got me going in the right direction it took about 2 to 3 weeks for my 4 year golden to get use to it I used small flags to mark the boundaries . I highly recommend it

This collar works great and am very pleased with it. Would 100 percent recommend and we do all the time. Battery life is not great, but we just throw it on the charger when not in use.
