Both our dogs, Austrian Shepherd and English Springer Spaniel, quickly trained to the SpotOn GPS fence, neither of which have been out of the containment area, as of yet. We are confident, moving forward, that these successes will continue. They quickly adjusted to the first electronic sound as the barrier. Before SpotOn, they would run out, in our dirt lane, barking and circling passersby. Now they remain a respectable distance, and are, as a result, more calm in their interactions with neighbors. Each morning, they sit, politely, to have the collar affixed to their neck. I highly recommend this product to others. Having such confidence in a product, that provides protection for our four legged family members, is paramount to our peace of mind.

The collar has worked wonderfully and even helped me find Abby when she escaped with a 20 ft lead through heavy woods. She got caught and would not have been able to get free, I may never have found her without this collar. I am so very grateful.

Some of the features, like the call dog, doesn’t ever work. Half the time it doesn’t want to connect to the collar to change settings. I called support and all they had me do was turn it off, wait 5 minutes, and turn back on. Didn’t change anything. Battery life is bad too.

Customer service was great to work with, communication was quick and very clear. Love these collars and so do my dogs no more leashes or being tied out they can run free and play with each other. Would recommend to anyone looking for a GPS collar.

Great services and products.

We had another GPS tracking device for my ever curious dog and it really didn't help other than to find him if he happened to wander off, which he was known to do. He always listened when called, but had the dog version of ADHD and just got excited to follow his nose. What an absolute game changer! This Spot On device is a life saver. He now gets to hang out with us in the yard without constantly being called the minute he is out of sight. He took to it instantly and turns around the second he hears it. We also head to camp frequently and love that we can program it there, and even adjust the boundaries on the fly. I was hesitant at first to spend more on another device, but I would do it again in a second. If you're thinking about it....do it! You will not have any regrets!

It works well enough, however for a premium product/ premium price in the space you are in, I am somewhat disappointed in its lack of a basic feature, specifically not having an audible battery charge level indicator. A very basic, simple feature that is not present in the most expensive collar on the market? Software upgrade please.

Everyone at SpotOn was helpful and professional. I especially appreciated the prompt assistance when I was trying to set up our collar and my perimeter.
